Chocolate cake room
Ingredients: -
- 200g caster sugar.
- 125g self-raising flour.
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder.
- 2 eggs.
- 125ml milk.
- 75g butter, melted.
Method: -
- Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease a cake tin.
- Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract and milk, mix well. Add melted butter and stir for a few minutes.
- Pour batter into cake tin. Bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes. The cake is done when a skewer inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
