Ingredients: - Method: -
  1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
  2. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg, flours and salt and mix together until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
  4. Bring mixture together with hands and turn onto lightly floured surface.
  5. Roll mixture out to 3mm thick and cut into shapes. Transfer to prepared tray.
  6. Bake in preheated oven until brown, about 10 minutes.
